Chap 2 v Wakefield 5

A great start to the season for the 2's with a draw and a match that was given 100% by all. Great debut for Jodie Taylor scoring her first goal, albeit she did get DOTD for her performance as a stunt woman and also for Becky Davidson returning back to her real home albeit leaving the pitch with wet pants! Wonderful to see so much strength up front from strong presses and good movement towards the goal. A well earned MOTM for Hannah Hinchcliffe for her weaving up front and tormenting Wakefield's defenders. We had 9 short corners and gave Wakefield a good run for their money and defended fabulous from Bayley in net and the back line trio with one superb off the line save by Ali. Can't wait for the season to now get into full swing and show people what we're made of (Strong Yorkshire Grit)!
