So proud of these girls today - first u14 tournament for most of them and Evie making a debut it looked a tough task today . First game v Harrogate the girls followed the game plan exactly and won 2-0 with Becca and Emma scoring - 2nd game dominated Thirsk 2 but couldn't find the finish so 0-0 last game v Halifax same
again all the chances through great approach play but couldn't finish so 0-0 .
We all stopped to watch a nervy last game but thankfully Harrogate only drew so the girls were deservedly promoted to Div 3 ? player of the tournament Ella but praise to every player all showed the cougar spirit we wanted in every game with no pussycat players on show today .
